Shipping policy

Shipping is exclusively via postal service through DHL. There is no minimum order value for shippable goods. The total value consists of the value of the ordered and deliverable goods, less any credits or vouchers granted, plus shipping costs and any additional costs that may arise.

Shipping costs cannot be discounted and unfortunately cannot be paid for with vouchers. They must be paid by the buyer in all cases.

IMPORTANT: Please make absolutely sure that you accept an undamaged package from the delivery agent! If you accept an already opened or damaged package, you are thereby implicitly confirming the proper delivery. This nullifies any possibility of compensation.

Additional shipping information: Unfortunately, we cannot offer you the express shipping option directly in the shop. If you still want your order to be delivered via express or overnight delivery, please contact us before placing the order at onlineshop@mampe.berlin.

In addition to the usual shipping costs, there are additional charges. We will be happy to provide you with more detailed information upon request via email.

Shipping costs within Germany: For orders up to a value of €98.99, the shipping costs are €6.90. From a minimum order value of €99, shipping within Germany is free.

Delivery abroad: We deliver to the following countries: Belgium, Denmark, France, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Czech Republic, Andorra, Italy, San Marino, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Hungary, Vatican City.

The resulting shipping costs are displayed in the shopping cart and at check-out.

For deliveries abroad, local customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply which are not included in the displayed total price.
