From now on, Tim Raue combines his high-quality cuisine with an aperitif liqueur with citrus and spices from the Mampe factory.
Entrepreneur and top chef Tim Raue, born in Berlin in 1974, began his apprenticeship as a chef at the age of 17 and, after successfully completing his training, gained experience in various Berlin restaurants. At just 23, he took on the position of head chef for the first time. In 2010, he opened Restaurant Tim Raue with his business partner Marie-Anne Wild. The restaurant has been awarded two Michelin stars since 2011, and in 2012 it appeared on “The World’s 50 Best Restaurants” list for the first time. It now ranks 30th. In addition to publishing four books, Tim Raue is also successful on screen and as the concept designer of various restaurants, including Brasserie Colette in Munich, Berlin, and Konstanz, and the Hanami by Tim Raue restaurants on the TUI-MEIN SCHIFF fleet.
Mampe produces the "Citrus Blast Blossom," an exquisite aperitif liqueur, tailored to the needs of the award-winning Michelin-starred chef. It is 100% handmade in the Mampe factory. We passionately create innovative recipes there. The proverbial Mampe quality, however, doesn't come about by chance, but rather through the use of high-quality, predominantly organic raw materials and the avoidance of any kind of industrial flavorings or colorings.
