Here you go: Playground Boxing began many years ago in the backyards of Berlin-Weisensee. Inspired by the beginnings of YouTube boxing, 12 combative 9th grade boys got together and organized their own boxing events. But these were no ordinary backyard fights: There was also a press conference, weigh-ins and a referee. The unique ring design (3x3m) and the shorter rounds ensure fast-paced and exciting fights and show boxing from a previously almost unknown side.
