The Mampe expert tip:
For best results, the dough should be prepared a day in advance and kept well chilled. We recommend a dough thickness of 5-6 mm.
Before cutting out, dip the cookie cutter a little in flour or baking starch so that the dough comes out of the cookie cutter more easily. A soft brush also helps to push Mampe's trunk out of the cookie cutter. No matter what you do - have fun with the MAMPE form!

You don't put elephants in the dishwasher. This also applies to the Mampe cookie cutter created using the 3D printing process.
