TONIC WATER WORKSHOP
No spirit is currently experiencing such a renaissance as gin. And what else do you need? That's right: TONIC!
Hinz and Kunz now know their way around gin quite well. But with tonic? Mampe can help here:
But first we take a look behind the scenes of our glass factory with the most important stories about Berlin's oldest spirits brand from 1831. Our guests then immerse themselves in the world of tonics. What does malaria have to do with quinine?
The participants then use all this knowledge when it comes to making their own tonic water together with you: together we select the fresh ingredients, select and prepare them, boil, filter, sugar, boil, homogenize and finally bottle. Each participant decorates their bottle with a label, cap, seal stamp and band and then creates an elephant on the bottle at the end. In between, you can taste again and again at any time.
While everything is simmering away, there are numbers, data and facts as much as you want and you can find out stories and valuable tips and tricks about tonic.
If you like, you can make your own gin to go with the fresh tonic for EUR 15 on site under our instructions (0.1l).
A gin and tonic to say goodbye, water as well as bread and cheese for the tasting so that you have something in your stomach are included in the price. All participants receive a 10% shopping discount in our liquor store on the day of the event.
